Oh, my goodness! 🥰 Yesterday, I had the pleasure of visiting a little Italy 🇮🇹 (even though we're in Tbilisi). Everything was meticulously planned down to the smallest detail, and the aesthete within me rejoiced from the very beginning until late in the evening. By the way, the event lasted a whopping 8 hours 😅🤌🏼, in the best traditions of Georgia 🇬🇪. Natalia is an incredible professional, and each dish was a masterpiece that left me in awe. The master class flowed so effortlessly and playfully that it was truly a soul-refreshing experience 🥰🥰🥰. The venue itself was so beautiful, situated by the river. I had an amazing day today! It was soooo interesting to cook with Natalia! We prepared a great variety of dishes, and I especially enjoyed making cheese myself (!). We made mozzarella!! It was an unreal experience! Also, I liked that all the dishes were easy to prepare, even though at first I thought I couldn't do it.)) Despite everything I wrote above, I believe that the most important thing about this event is, of course, the atmosphere! Yesterday's master class dedicated to American cuisine was a blast! 👍 I've never eaten so much meat in a single day in my life 😂🙈 A big thank you to Natalia for sharing a wealth of information during the class. I learned a lot about choosing meat, cooking it properly, and the intricacies of preparing dishes in general. Right from the beginning, we were served a huge pulled pork sandwich, and I already regretted eating before the event 🙈 No one was left hungry or feeling down; everyone laughed, socialized, and shared their life stories. Natalia is a very cheerful person who truly loves her work and life in general. It's really uplifting. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed, a true cozy home environment! I believe all the guests felt incredibly comfortable, and no one went unnoticed. I want to emphasize the venue where the class took place. It was an amazing house with a riverside view and abundant greenery. As an architect, I was already thrilled by this fact alone 😊 Real nature, outdoor cooking, fantastic wine, cozy conversations, and, of course, an abundance of food 😁 Now, the most important thing is to replicate all the dishes and make my own friends admire them 😊

My wife and I attended the master class on Sunday. A huge thank you to Natalia and Nikita for organizing such a format! What could be better than eating and drinking in a beautiful place by the riverside in great company?! Now I know how to impress my friends with a master class on American cuisine. It was one of the most wonderful days where the ingredients in the dishes perfectly combined with all the activities. As meat lovers, we will definitely cook burgers and steaks ourselves on our next vacation. And I never thought I could make such delicious asparagus as a side dish 👍 The desserts, those little cakes, were simply amazing.
